NoJSe netværket består af fem nordiske børnefilmfestivaler BUFF Barn- och ungdomsfilmfestival i Malmö, Kristiansand Internasjonale barnefilmfestival, BUSTER filmfestival for børn og unge i København, Oulu International Children’s Film Festival og Reykjavík International Film Festival (RIFF).
