Mighty Afrin: In the Time of Floods

12-year-old Afrin has been separated from her family during a heavy rainstorm. She has been allowed to stay with a family in a small hut on one of the mud islands on the great river Brahmaputra. Afrin decides to go to Dhaka, the largest city in Bangladesh, and find her father among the city’s 22 million people. First she travels along the river in her boat, then she travels on the roof of an old train. Together with Afrin, we visit one of the world’s giant cities. Wild, raw and adventurous, where Afrin makes new friends.
